A rendszer különlegessége, hogy a kizárólag minket érintő változtatásokat azonnal végrehajtja visszavonási lehetőséggel, míg a másokat is érintő módosításokhoz minden esetben előzetes jóváhagyást kér.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm MOK, and I built Takweem.I wanted a calendar I could talk to the way I'd talk to a good assistant: "find 45 minutes with Priya and Daniel this week", "block Thursday 5 to 6 for the board deck", "move my 1:1 to tomorrow morning". Most AI calendars either only suggest, or act without telling you. Takweem does this:• Shows the change first. Proposed times appear on your week with the reason they fit.• Acts on your time, asks about everyone else's. A clear request that only touches your own calendar is applied straight away with Undo. Anything with guests waits for your approval.• Adapts. When a colleague moves a meeting onto your focus block, it proposes where the focus goes instead.• Protects focus. Set a weekly focus goal and it holds the hours, moves them when real meetings land, and adds a break after long stretches of calls. You can also just talk to it: voice is built in. There's a dashboard with a daily brief, team availability, and booking links where the AI marks the best times for your guest. It integrates with Google Calendar, with Outlook coming soon, and supports multiple languages. The free plan has every feature. I'd love to hear what you'd ask it first.
the "applied at once vs waits for approval" split is the right instinct, that's basically the same line Incredible's maker described to me earlier today for a completely different kind of agent. curious where you draw it for the fuzzy middle though - moving my own 1:1 with someone technically touches their calendar too, even though I'm the one who asked and it's framed as "my meeting." does that count as guest-touching and wait for approval, or own-time and go straight through with Undo?
@galdayan Good question. The line is "does anyone besides me see this change", not "whose meeting is it". Moving your 1:1 updates the other person's calendar and they get an email, so Takweem treats it as guest-touching. You get a card with the new time and approve it. If the guest is outside your company it asks you to confirm a second time.
What goes straight through with Undo is a clear request that only touches your own time: a solo event at a time you named, moving your own block, tasks, focus time. If there's any doubt (a guest, a delete, a conflict, a lunch or working-hours warning), it shows a card. It only moves meetings you organize. For someone else's meeting it can decline for you, but that also waits for your OK.
Undo can't take back an email, so anything that would notify another person waits for you to say go.
